移动式ZJ系列钻机，额定起重量为135至250公吨，用于钻探油井和气井，设计井深为1500至4500米。其结构和制造工艺符合标准SY/T 5609-1999和相关的API技术规范。钻机设计和制造用于温带气候区，环境温度在-45℃至+40℃之间，相对湿度不超过98%，极限风速≤110公里/小时，适用于地层水中硫化氢含量高达6体积百分比的油气田。移动式钻机有两种形式：自行式和挂车式。
